astalavista scorer always complains of pre-existing 'h' flag

Regardless of which parameter flags I give AStalavista Scorer, it always gives the error below and then stops:

I installed AStalavista locally, by cloning the Bitbucket git repository and building from source according to the instructions on the Confluence wiki (http://sammeth.net/confluence/display/ASTA/2+-+Download). Other tools like sortGTF do not give this error. Neither does astalavista when run by itself without any tools specified.
