Simulated sequencing cannot handle .lib files without amplification column

The 3rd column in the .lib file provides the number of additional molecules produced by PCR amplification, or "0" if the step has been de-activated.

However, when switching off fragmentation and RT, .lib files without this column are generated. In such cases the sequencing module crashes with the output
