Description

I have been trying to generate fastq file for my simulation, however the documentation is not sufficient for me to understanding anything..

I have tried the suggested commands and it returned me:
Flux-Simulator v1.1 (Flux Library: 1.15)
Creating Markov Model [ERROR] For input string: "chr1"

Do you have any reference error model file?
