The test

barna.flux.capacitor.integrationtest.FluxCapacitorRunInetegrationTest.testIOflatSortedGTFflatUnsortedBEDKeepAbsolute

fails because the KEEP_FILES parameter is prefixed with the location of the parameter file although an absolute path is specified.
