Random Mates with UNIQUE_ID enabled

Read IDs output with the UNIQUE_ID flag enabled automatically carry a strand information: /1 is forced to be sense, /2 is automatically anti-sense
In some scenarios it might be desirable to have a mate numbering independent of the strandedness of the read (but with an UNIQUE_ID).
