    Description

      Replicate information contained in the annotation file.

      For each element add the values of some computed measures, at all resolutions for which we have information. Measures can be:

      READ_COUNT
      RPKM/FPKM

      Resolutions can be:

      RAW - before the run, all the reads that fit
      AMAP - after annotation mapping (more stringent)
      DECONV - after the deconvolution (separated signal)
